Pursuit is a holistic group fitness program for men. Outdoor Group fitness is quickly becoming one of the top preferred exercise programs of choice. Discipline alone is difficult. Discipline with others helps make it sustainable and enjoyable. Accountability is baked into the program.

What is the workout?
The workouts are custom designed and incorporate beach lifeguard training, HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), & some Crossfit inspired movements. We utilize a 45lb to 75lb sandbag for dynamic weight resistance and burden carries.
We begin with optional 10 min performance breath training, to a 10 minute dynamic stretch warmup, followed by 35 to 45 minutes of various all body sandbag lifts, sprints, and activities.
On Friday in person, we give the option to either do a workout or play ultimate frisbee!

What do I need:
Board Shorts and a Sandbag. Most of our workouts involve a Sandbag to perform everything from burden carries to all olympic lifts and more. Don’t worry if you don’t have a bag yet. We have alternatives for every workout.
