Pursuit is a holistic group fitness program for men. Outdoor Group fitness is quickly becoming one of the top preferred exercise programs of choice. Discipline alone is difficult. Discipline with others helps make it sustainable and enjoyable. Accountability is baked into the program.
HOW TO USE THE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE:
Join the experience online by yourself in your garage, yard, or gym.

Invite a friend or neighbor to join you for the challenge.
When:
Every workout is aired live Mon, Wed, & Friday from 5:50 am to 7:00am.
Where:
Your membership includes exclusive access to the live zoom directed workout. Simply log into the link on any computer or smart device and join in the fun. The workout will be posted as well as the guided routines so you can follow along from the comfort of your home, garage, or nearby park.
What is the workout?
The workouts are custom designed and incorporate beach lifeguard training, HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), & some Crossfit inspired movements. We utilize a 45lb to 75lb sandbag for dynamic weight resistance and burden carries.
We begin with a 10 to 15 minute dynamic stretch warmup, followed by 35 to 45 minutes of various all body sandbag lifts, sprints, and activities.
Directed Breathing on Fridays is also a part of our training and recovery.

Any man 18 to 60+
What do I need:
Board Shorts and a Sandbag. Most of our workouts involve a Sandbag to perform everything from burden carries to all olympic lifts and more. Don’t worry if you don’t have a bag yet. We have sandbag alternatives for every workout.

The final 15 mins of our time together, we discuss the monthly theme, challenge, and how we are all doing with the content. It is a trusted and valued space to strengthen our mental and spiritual health, while our bodies recover from physical beating, I mean strengthening.
The virtual experience works best in groups. It is encouraged that you grab a few other guys and invite them to join you in person and all follow along on the screen. If others are with you, collectively you all are more likely to push yourselves harder.
